Fashion Sense pageant wear or anyone affiliated with such, can not
be held responsible for damage to goods after clothes have been
shipped.
Fashion Sense pageant wear can not be held responsible for clothing
that does not fit due to any incorrect measurements or change in the
persons body type after the order has been placed and sewing
begun.
However, every effort will always be made to make adjustments in
order to make a perfect fit. All clothing is custom made and will not be
returnable for any reason.
Clothes must be paid in full before they are shipped out. Every effort
will be made to compete the clothes by that date needed.
You will be periodically updated as far as the progress of the order
with email as well as pics and the basic outfit ( before decorating) will
be mailed to you to insure a perfect fit.
It is your responsibility to return the outfit promptly after trying it on
and letting me know if any adjustments are needed.
Fashion Sense Pageant Wear will pay for the shipping to try the outfit
on in order to make any adjustments but the customer will be
responsible for the shipping of the finished outfit.
The shipping of the finished outfit is NOT included in the price. If a
Completed Outfit is returned, you will be responsible for shipping.
All sales are Final.
Fashion Sense Pageant Wear reserves the right to refuse any
customer at their discretion!
