Please take measurements carefully and accurately.
Dresses / Outfits are made to these measurements
without your daughter trying it on.
* When taking measurements, do not allow for growing
room. Again, please measure carefully and accurately.
I will be happy to make adjustments after you receive the
dress if you send me pictures of your daughter in the
dress and ship the dress back to me. You will be
responsible for shipping.

When completed, print and mail along with your signed
Contract and Deposit to :

Back Shoulder Width: (from seam line to seam line,

Center Back Length: (from collar line to waist line)

Back Slope(this is measured on back, from shoulder
point, at a diagnol, down the back to the waist line. You
should end up on the spine.) __________

Shoulder to wrist: (from shoulder seam to wrist bone,
with arm slightly bent) __________

Waist Circumference: (around waist, over belly button)

Hip Circumference:
(measured around bottom, around largest area)

Sideseam Length: (from waist line, down side, all the way
to hard floor surface. __________

Center Front Waist to Floor: (measuring from waist line to
floor, from the front waist line) __________

Center Back Waist to Floor: (measuring from the waist
line to floor, from the back waist line) __________

Knee Depth: (from waist line to center of knee) _________

Crotch Depth: (please sit in a hard chair, measure from
waist line down to the hard chair surface, down their
side) __________
